Antenatal preparation is fundamental to improving outcomes and understanding the natural process of labour and birth. Fear of the unknown can cause tension which leads to increased pain, this is known as the 'fear tension pain cycle', which was first observed by Grantley Dick Read (1942) in his book 'Childbirth without fear'. We plan to provide a unique service that is designed to nurture nature, by providing you with the emotional and physical tools in preparation for birth and parenting. we provide information onantenatal care, diet excersice place of birth and most importantly the various coping strategies to enable a natural birth.

After the baby is born many parents feel isolated and alone, this is where we aim to provide comfort and support and this very crucial time. Emotional support is very important in the postnatal period, we understand that physiological changes and the birth experience may disturb the emotions, we pride ourselves on the ability to offer goldstandard emotional support and advice to help you and your partner in the transition to parenthood.
We offer advice regarding attachment and bonding and practical parenting. We are a very affordable service that is designed to help you in all aspects of care.
